Roopsangam has introduced easy and efficient procedures to assist you in purchasing products and services from the site. The return policy is designed to ensure the justified return.
In case you have made a wrong decision in buying a product/service and if product falls under returnable category, we shall either replace the product or offer you a store credit of the invoice amount on return of the product by deducting the shipment cost. In case the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will either give you a replacement of the product or reimburse the full invoice value to you.
For the smooth operation of return and replacement of damaged products, the customer needs to ensure that the return shipment is in valid format and satisfying the following conditions:
Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you are requested to inform us within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No (Please add number) between 10 am and 6 pm on Monday to Friday or write to us at: (add email ID)
After validating your return request over the phone we will send you an email authorizing a return. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 7 days of us sending the official ‘authorizing’ email to you.
Post the receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is not found eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receipt of the return package from you.
In this connection, you are requested to note that all refunds will be made through Bank Transfer to your account.
Please Note: Roop Sangam will make refund only in the registered name of the customer.

Due to our business model, we do not hold stock, and therefore we may not be able to offer exchanges.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at: (Give Email ID) The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to the customer. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
